Common questions
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Our Quick Fix covers one small job for [PRICE]. If you have more than one thing on your list, a Half Day or Full Day is usually the better deal.
Who buys the materials?
We can bring them or you can. If we buy them, materials are billed at cost plus [MARKUP], and they're listed on your quote before we start.
What don't you do?
We don't do new electrical wiring, new plumbing lines, roofing, HVAC or structural work. Those jobs need a licensed trade in Utah. We'll gladly swap existing fixtures, and we can point you to someone we trust for the rest.
How fast can you come out?
We reply the same day you reach out. Most jobs are scheduled within a few days, and we send a reminder the day before.
How do I pay?
You get an invoice by text or email when the job is done. You can pay by card or bank transfer right from the invoice.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. [GUARANTEE TERMS]. If something isn't right, call us and we'll come back and make it right.
